CORETX employs more than 450 staff, all of whom are continuously trained and developed so that they are experts in their role and able to consistently deliver better service than our competition at an equivalent level. We have 150 field-based technical staff, supporting customer sites across the UK. We also have 150 technical staff at our service desk and Network Operations Centre. Our remaining staff are senior consultants, technical specialists, project managers and operations staff.

We carefully select third party technologies to enable our services. Our selection programme means we have established deep relationships with the established market leaders, and keep a close eye on the market for emerging innovators.
Data centre strength
We have strong data centre management capabilities and our own, large data centre on the south coast. We are able to manage everything, from the physical facility to monitoring, hosting, back up and security. This capability enables us to deliver what our customers need with data centre and cloud infrastructures that we know is fit for today and the future.
Private data network
Our services are supported by our own 100GB MPLS fibre network, which privately connects over 50 data centres across the UK. Our core transmission network was designed to deliver the fast, reliable connectivity required by end users, service providers, data centre operators and carriers.
All our services are backed up by enterprise-grade security that customers can rely on to protect their mission-critical and every-day business operations. This includes professional services and consultancy to plan effectively, fully managed security policies, network and data security, DDoS protection, backup and disaster facilities and business continuity planning, testing and execution.
