We have been certificated to the ISO/IEC 20000 standard since December 2008 to provide the following: ‘The management and provision of IT services covering on-site and field based maintenance and repair, service desk, infrastructure monitoring and management, hardware lifecycle management, cloud services, network infrastructure and professional services.’
