To oversee and fulfil Resource requests for all Project requirements within CORETX with both FTEs and Contractors
As the Data Centre Manager, responsibilities will include; management of site security including all access to the site. Administration of critical engineering functions and specialist contractors. Act as the main point of contact for CORETX technical teams for all major works including shutdowns, management and implementation of all planned and reactive works, maintenance and management of the data hall, UPS and back-up generators and for the upkeep and maintenance of all critical supplies.
The Data Centre Manager will co-ordinate and oversee all aspects of the CORETX portfolio of Co-Locations sites and data centre assets. This includes the oversight of all operational, financial and customer activities. The Data Centre Manager ensures that all company standards, policies and procedures are implemented at these properties.
Reporting into the Talent Director, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, innovative and proactive resourcing service for CORETX, ensuring both the hiring managers’ and candidates’ experience is to the highest level.
Working closely with the Talent Director you will deliver an end-to-end resourcing process that reflects and reinforces our company values, improves the candidate experience and attracts the right quality people quickly and cost-effectively. You'll also ensure that CORETX have a strong talent pipeline according to future business needs. The role requires building relationships and credibility with a broad range of demanding stakeholders to understand the business, future developments and the external landscape and how this impacts resourcing requirements.
You will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of direct sourcing techniques. You must be able to advise on the development and implementation of practical resourcing solutions and to be able to react to complex and fast changing needs of the business.
- Assist CORETX in the delivery in all areas of the digital marketing mix, in particular Web, Search, SEO, PPC, Solus email marketing, display marketing and Social Media
- Stimulate demand for products or services through design and delivery of proactive, imaginative and fully integrated digital media strategies
- Raise profile and awareness of CORETX as a company and all of its products and services through all online activities including all current and emerging new media channels
To provide complete, after-sales, technical account management of key customers, working closely with a team of Service Delivery Managers as part of a task-force, for the purposes of providing greater technical understanding and documentation, leading to higher customer retention and satisfaction, and increased technical understanding throughout the rest of the service teams.
