Candidates must have strong troubleshooting and networking experience in Cisco, HP, Avaya, Checkpoint, and TCP/IP. Excellent routing knowledge is expected (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP etc.). You must be a strong team player with experience of working in multi-cultural environment. Prior experience working in the managed services industry would be a distinct advantage. Platforms 3rd Line Engineer

Platforms 3rd Line Engineer Job Role:

The Platforms Engineer will work as part of the Platform Operations Team, responsible for the running of CORETX Manage’s dedicated/single-tenant and shared/multi-tenant cloud platforms, and on-site customer infrastructure (servers and storage).  Involving everything through from day to day support, through to design and implementation for new/existing customers and platform improvements.

Candidates are expected to be capable of working under their own initiative to solve complex issues under pressure.  Experience of working in a managed service provider company, working in multi-cloud provider integrated environment, and having customer facing experience is beneficial.

Our 3rd line Network Engineers perform a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the network performance meets company and Customer satisfaction. A Network Engineer also provides direction, information, and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations. The engineer will provide support customer enterprise environments and cloud platform network.
